Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-25

This privacy policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. It is aligned with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

This website is operated by Artem Kozlenkov, Dietikon, Zürich, Switzerland. You can reach the controller at artem.kozlenkov@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we process

The only personal data collected on this site is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry.

The site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and does not otherwise collect personal data from your visits.

3. How your data is transmitted and stored

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the site's email delivery service (Azure Communication Services, operated by Microsoft) and delivered to the site owner's email inbox. No data from the form is stored in any website database.

The website itself is hosted by Netlify, Inc. As part of hosting, Netlify may process standard technical data such as IP addresses in access logs to operate and secure the service. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Lawful bases

Your personal data is processed based on your consent — you provide it voluntarily when submitting the contact form — and on the legitimate interests of responding to your inquiry and keeping the site secure and operational.

5. Retention

Contact form messages are retained only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up. We do not operate automated deletion windows; you may ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB).

7. Contact

To exercise your rights, ask a question, or request deletion of your data, contact Artem Kozlenkov at artem.kozlenkov@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
